Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you order from TinyBlossom ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
When you send an order from our website, you're making a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order only once we reply to accept it and you approve the final total. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If you've already paid for a cancelled order, we'll refund you in full.
Prices, shipping and tax
Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or sales tax. Because shipping depends on your address and order, we'll send you your final total (items, shipping and any applicable sales tax) before you pay. You are never charged anything you haven't approved. Prices on the website can change at any time, but the total you approve is the total you pay.
Payment
Payment is due once you approve your total, and we ship after payment arrives. If we haven't received payment within 3 days, we may cancel the order.
Product details
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items may vary a little from the photos. If we make a mistake in a price or description, we'll tell you before shipping and you can choose to cancel.
Warranties and liability
Products are sold as described. Any manufacturer's warranty passes to you. Apart from that, and except where the law requires otherwise, we don't make additional promises about the products. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where TinyBlossom is based.
Changes
We may update these policies from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- The shipping cost is calculated for each order and included in the total we send you to approve.
- Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can't be guaranteed.
- We'll text you tracking details once your order ships.
- Please double-check your address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs extra.
- If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & exchanges
- You can return or exchange unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging, within days of delivery. Message us first to start a return.
- For hygiene reasons, feeding, bath and skin care items that have been opened can't be returned unless they arrived faulty.
- Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Message us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
- For other returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping costs aren't refunded.
- Refunds go back through your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Privacy
What we collect: only what you send us when you order or message us: your name, phone number, shipping address, order details and any notes.
How we use it: to confirm, ship and support your order. We share your details only as needed to do that, for example your address with the shipping carrier. We never sell your information.
Messages: we'll only text you about your order. We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
On this website: there are no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved only in your own browser. Our website host and font provider may automatically process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the page.
Children: our website is meant for parents and adult shoppers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices: you can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just message us.
Product safety
- Always supervise babies and young children when they use our products, especially during feeding, bath time and play.
- Follow the age and size guidance for each product and the manufacturer's instructions that come with it.
- Check products regularly for wear, loose parts or damage, and stop using anything that is damaged.
- Follow safe sleep guidance: keep blankets, pillows and soft toys out of the crib for babies under 12 months.
- For skin care products, try a small amount on baby's skin first. Our product descriptions are not medical advice. Ask your pediatrician if you have any concerns.
- If a product we sold is ever recalled, we'll contact you using the details from your order.
